Based in Malaysia: Hybrid | Role: Customer Service Advisor 

We are offering a position of Customer Service Advisor based in Malaysia, also covering vibrant locations in other countries ie: Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore and many more in the coming years. Being an Advisor, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and providing product information. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be expected to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Also, to add on if you have basic Marketing / Business Development skills will be an added advantage. 

Requirements:

  • You would need to be 21 years above
  • Legal to work in the country applying
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin is a bonus (optional)
  • Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential to convey information accurately and build a rapport with customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills, ability to quickly identify issues and find effective solutions is crucial for resolving customer complaints and concerns.
  • Organizational Skills, efficiently managing time and handling multiple customer interactions and ensuring follow-ups.
  • Basic sales knowledge, such as cross-selling and up-selling, can be beneficial for promoting additional products or services to customers.
  • And other customer service-related ad-hoc basis (if need be)
