About the Role
As an Early Years Level 3 Practitioner, you will support the Early Years Coordinator in delivering a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children aged 3–5 within our multi-activity holiday camp.
You’ll take the lead in creating meaningful play experiences that support development, confidence, and social skills — all while ensuring every child feels safe, happy, and included.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and delivering high-quality early years activities
- Planning and facilitating creative, age-appropriate play sessions
- Supporting a small group of children throughout the day
- Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare
- Helping to create a warm, energetic, and inclusive camp environment
From messy play and storytelling to music, movement, and outdoor adventures, you’ll make every moment count.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment.
You will:
- Be 17 years old or over
- Hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification (Early Years, QTS, PGCE) or be working towards one
- Be available during the October half-term
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Have a genuine passion for working with young children
- Bring energy, creativity, and enthusiasm every day
- Be confident working independently and using your initiative
- Have an understanding of safeguarding (full training provided)
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous early years or camp experience
- Pediatric First Aid
